Quality Marine Supply offers a complete selection of quality marine supplies, boat accessories and boat covers, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product,please call us at 760-782-3988. *PLEASE SEE SEPARATE BOAT COVER RETURN POLICY DETAILED BELOW. At Quality Marine Supply, we make every effort to keep our prices competitive and as low as possible for our customers' benefit. For this reason, Quality Marine Supply DOES NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.


  • Electronics / Electrical parts cannot be returned if the package has been opened or installed.

  • Items must be returned in original unopened packaging and must be in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund.

  • Special Orders and Custom Orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. This includes boat covers. *PLEASE SEE SEPARATE BOAT COVER RETURN POLICY DETAILED BELOW.*

  • Clearance items are Not Returnable.

  • If a product is oversized and must ship by truck instead of standard shipping methods, free shipping will not apply even if so stated. We reserve the right to cancel the order. We will contact the customer and give them the choice of paying additional truck freight charges. If we cannot reach customer, order will he cancelled..

  • All warranties are factory warranted.


  • Request a Return within 14 days of order date. - It is important to get pre-authorization and instructions first before shipping any returns.. You may E-mail CustomerService or call 1-760-782-3988. Be sure to reference your order number. Please describe the product and your problem. Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, holidays excluded. If a customer service representative is not available, please leave a message and a representative will return your call.

  • Once your return is approved, we will e-mail your Return Authorization Code OR Shipping Instructions with the shipping address to which you will return the product. In cases of drop shipped products, the return shipping address may vary depending on the warehouse, distributor or manufacturer who originally shipped your order on our behalf.


  • Refunds will be promptly issued by Quality Marine Supply, on approved returns, to the customer once the product has been received in unopened and resellable condition by the distributor, manufacturer or warehouse who originally fulfilled the order and they have issued the applicable refund.

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded. The amount of shipping from the original purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount. This also applies where Quality Marine Supply paid for the customer's Free Shipping.

  • If the customer wishes to replace the product with a different purchase, a separate and new purchase must be made regardless of the return. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise unless otherwise indicated for specific manufacturers (See separate Boat Cover Return Policy below). Quality Marine Supply DOES NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.


  • Repackage the product and enclose a copy of the receipt or shipping documents/packing slip in your package.

  • If we provide a Return Authorization Code, mark it clearly on the outside of the box. In the case of a required Return Authorization Code, if one is not used, the return cannot be processed.

  • Ship the product to the address we provide you with your Return Authorization Code, if applicable. (We suggest you use a shipping company which provides tracking of packages such as FedEx and UPS.)

  • It is recommended you insure your purchase during shipping. Quality Marine Supply is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping and any damage or loss is the responsibility of the shipping party. Any claims for damage or loss must be made with the shipping carrier, i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.


    Quality Marine Supply is responsible for return shipping charges only if we sent an item(s) different from that ordered. Items which are returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an undeliverable address will be credited to the purchaser's account less the cost of shipping charges, return shipping charges and any fees for the return by the shipping carrier, drop shipper, or manufacturer to us if applicable. International orders will not be credited back if shipment delivery is refused. SEE SEPARATE BOAT COVER RETURN POLICY BELOW.


    Carver Return Policy -

  • The following Carver Products are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable & All Sales Are Final:
    • Sunbrella® boat covers
    • Sunbrella® bimini tops
    • All Sunbrella® products or accessories
    • Custom Covers and Special Orders
    • Modified Covers and Tops
    • All Carver Accessories
  • Carver Styled-to-Fit Boat Covers and bimini tops which are Not special order, custom, modified or manufactured of Sunbrella® or Outdura® fabric may be returned to Carver, less our cost of shipping (even where Free Shipping applies) and less a re-stocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved, returned in original packaging and unsoiled first-quality condition. Carver will inspect the return on receipt.

  • All Returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RA#. Contact us regarding returns at for additional information.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all allowed Carver returns as well as shipping costs we originally incurred from the factory to you. Customer pays return shipping to Carver.

  • Manufacturer's Warranty applies to all Carver boat covers and bimini tops.

  • Manufacturer must approve all warranty claims prior to return and an RA# obtained.

  • In cases where the manufacturer's warranty has been approved and an RA# has been assigned, the customer is not responsible for shipping when returning a Carver warranted boat cover to the Carver factory.

  • Westland Products Return Policy -

  • Westland Industries EXACT FIT™ boat covers are made to order and boat specific; therefore, they are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable..

  • SELECT FIT™ covers and BIMINI TOPS may be returned to Westland within 30 days of the purchase date, for a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping to Vonore, TN. Customer pays return shipping. Prior to any shipment, return authorization, (RA#), is required and will be given with instructions from Westland customer service. The merchandise must be new, unused, with all packaging in good condition; plus parts and accessories included. Quality Marine Supply customer service is available at 760-782-3988.   • Manufacturer's Warranty applies to all Westland boat covers and bimini tops.

  • Manufacturer must pre-approve all warranty claims.
