SHIPPING TIMES 

Quality Marine Supply is committed to providing excellent service.  Most orders will be shipped out within three to five business days, depending on availability, although they are often shipped same day.  In the case of drop ship orders from the manufacturer, there can be a delay of a few buiness days depending on availability and order load of the manufacturer.  All drop ship fulfillment orders will be shipped by UPS using the method you specify, unless otherwise indicated.

In the unlikely event there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone to advise of the status of any delay with your order.   

RETURN POLICY

BACKORDERS 

It is not our policy to automatically backorder.  Inventory is constantly changing daily.  If for some unforeseen reason, an item is backordered by the manufacturer or is out of stock, we will advise the customer as soon as possible.  The customer will be given the option of waiting for the back order or receiving a full refund.  If the customer chooses to wait for the backorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
 
METHOD OF SHIPMENT

Most orders, and all drop ship orders, will be shipped UPS; however, Fed Ex Ground or USPS are also used.  All shipments will be in the continental United States via the shipping method you specify.  Shipping times refer to business days - deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).    There are extra charges for Alaska and Hawaii.  We do not ship internationally at this time.  With regard to special order boat covers and bimini tops, these may be shipped internationally if the manufacturer is willing to ship to your location; however, we require a United States credit card for the purchase transaction.  Any international shipping of boat covers requires additional shipping and handling charges which are not included in the quoted price of the boat cover or bimini top.  Most orders will be drop shipped by the manufacturer or our distributor.  Drop shipping enables us to provide our customers a greater diversity and availability of products.  This is a huge benefit for our customers.  Any drop ship orders through our Boating Store will primarily be sent UPS.  Shipping prices are quoted as ground delivery unless stated otherwise stated.  All Free Shipping with purchase refers to Ground Delivery Only.

We reserve the right to change shipping carriers when appropriate. 
 
EXPEDITED ORDERS

Requests for expedited orders will be accommodated through the same carriers mentioned above.   Depending on the customer's request and the options provided by the carrier, extra shipping charges for expedited orders will be determined and charged.  All expedited orders are an additional charge at the customer's expense.  All Free Shipping with purchase refers to Ground Delivery Only.  Any expedited shipping is extra and not included in the quoted price. 
 
Shipping prices are quoted as ground delivery unless stated otherwise.  If you want an order expedited, and the option is not available at checkout, please call the order in by phone, or e-mail us with your request and a number at which you can be reached.  We will contact you at the number you provide to take your order over the phone.
