QualityMarineSupply.com offers a complete selection of quality marine supplies and boat accessories, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return a product, please call us at 760-782-3988.

NOTE: Electronics / Electrical parts cannot be returned if the package has been opened or installed.

NOTE: Items must be returned in original packaging and must be in resellable condition in order to receive a refund.

NOTE:  Special Orders and Custom Orders are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.  This includes boat covers.

NOTE:   All warranties are factory warranted. 

Here's how:

YOU Request a Return within 15 days of order date. You may email to customerservice@qualitymarinesupply.com or call 1-760-782-3988.  Be sure to reference your order number. Please describe the product and your problem.  Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific  Standard Time, holidays excluded.  If the customer service representative is busy with other customers, please leave a message and a representative will return your call. 

WE Upon notification, we will e-mail your Return Authorization Code or shipping instructions with the shipping address to which you will return the product.  In cases of drop shipped items, the address may differ depending on the warehouse.  It is important to get authorization and instructions first before shipping any returns.  At the same time, the warehouse will be notified to guarantee prompt processing of your return.

YOU Repackage the product, and enclose a copy of the receipt or shipping documents. If we provide a Return Authorization Code, mark it clearly on the outside of the box.  In the case of a required Return Authorization Code, if one is not used, the return cannot be processed.   Ship the product to the warehouse address given with your Return Authorization Code or applicable instructions. (It is suggested that you use a shipping company that provides tracking of packages such as FedEx and UPS.)

WE When your package is received, the return will be processed one of two ways.  Either we will credit your credit card, or we will ship a replacement to you.  This choice will be made with the customer prior to processing the return.

Shipping Charges

QualityMarineSupply.com is responsible for return shipping charges only if we sent an item(s) different from that ordered.  Shipping charges for replacement products will be charged to your credit card. Items which are returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address will be credited to the purchaser's account less the cost of shipping.
