Now that spring has arrived and the boat is coming out of winter hibernation, it's the perfect time to add Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment. Regardless of what additive you used in the winter, or even if you didn't use one, adding Star Tron to the fuel is all that's needed to make sure the engine is ready to go as soon as you turn the key. If you did use an additive, was it just a stabilizer? Stabilizers are good at slowing the degradation of fuel, but that's all they can do. Only Star Tron can restore lost power even to old gas, remove water and remove carbon deposits. It is also the only additive that specifically cures the problems caused by Ethanol-blended gasoline. Star Tron is the only multifunctional gas additive that really does it all. The unique blend of enzymes keep fuel fresh and at maximum combustibility while removing excess water. Star Tron utilizes a proprietary blend of enzymes to treat fuel. To help cure one of the problems caused by adding ethanol to gasoline, the enzymes remove water by dispersing it into sub-micron sized particles. These water particles can then be safely and effectively eliminated as the engine operates. Other fuel additives use emulsifiers to treat water, but these do not burn completely, forming carbon deposits that lead to poor performance. Some other additives contain alcohol which can cause serious problems in E-10 fuel, converting it into "E10+" and possibly voiding warranties. Star Tron does not contain any alcohol. Excess water in fuel can lead to phase separation. By removing the water before it reaches the critical level, Star Tron helps prevent phase separation from occurring.

Ethanol produces less energy than gasoline, which is why E10 fuel results in decreased power and fuel economy compared to 100% gasoline. Because Star Tron's enzymes allow more oxygen to bond with fuel hydrocarbons, all of the fuel - alcohol and gasoline - in the combustion chamber burns. This translates into easy starting, maximum power, crisp throttle response and improved fuel economy and cruising range. It also eliminates carbon deposit formation.

Star Tron's enzymes also remove carbon deposits and debris in the fuel delivery system by breaking them down into small particles that can be safely removed without clogging filters or injectors. It will also break up existing clogs from blocked injectors or carburetor jets.

Star Tron is ideal for boats that are used often or sit idle for extended periods. It begins working as soon as it is added to the fuel, yet will stabilize gasoline for up to 1 year, making it a natural part of the winterizing process.

Star Tron works in any marine engine whether it is a 2 or 4-cycle, inboard or outboard, large or small. The enzymes are the active ingredient; functioning on a ratio of 2000:1, so a little bit goes a long way. An 8 ounce bottle of Star Tron (#93008) will treat 128 gallons of gas at the lowest cost-per-gallon of any additive on the market, yet it is extremely effective.
