The customer service, by Patti, was second to none!! I ordered two items that ended up being the wrong items (MY FAULT - NOT QMS) then I didn't follow the right procedures to return/exchange them. Bottom line is I made a mess of things and Patti spent way more time than anyone could have possibly expected to fix my mess!
