SHIPPING TIMES

Quality Marine Supply is committed to providing excellent service. Most orders will be shipped out within three to five business days, depending on availability, although they are often shipped same day. In the case of drop ship orders from the manufacturer, there can be a delay of a few buiness days depending on availability and order load of the manufacturer. Most drop ship fulfillment orders will be shipped by UPS using the method you specify, unless otherwise indicated.

In the unlikely event there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone to advise of the status of any delay with your order.

RETURN POLICY

BACKORDERS

It is not our policy to automatically backorder. Inventory is constantly changing daily. Every effort is made to keep our site current with available inventory, but occasions may arise where an item is ordered and is found to be not in stock. If for some unforeseen reason, an item is backordered by the manufacturer or is out of stock, we will advise the customer as soon as possible. The customer will be given the option of waiting for the backorder or receiving a full refund. If the customer chooses to wait for the backorder, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

Most orders fulfilled by drop shipping will be shipped UPS; however, Fed Ex Ground or USPS are also used. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at our sole discretion. Shipping rates use the UPS calculator based on your address and/or zip code and are our best estimate of actual shipping charges. If actual shipping charges are more than the estimated charge during checkout, www.QualityMarineSupply.com will pay the difference in cost and the customer will not pay the extra shipping charges. All "free shipping" with purchase refers to Ground Delivery Only. All shipments will be in the continental United States via the general shipping method you specify, i.e., ground, 2nd day, one day, etc. Shipping times refer to business days - deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). There are extra charges for Alaska and Hawaii and customer must call for a quote. We do not ship internationally. With regard to special order boat covers and bimini tops, all prices quoted are for ground shipping. Boat covers may be shipped internationally if the manufacturer is willing to ship to your location; however, we require a United States credit card or special approval for the purchase transaction. Any international shipping of boat covers requires additional shipping and handling charges which are not included in the quoted price of the boat cover or bimini top.

DROP SHIPPING

Most orders will be drop shipped by the manufacturer or one of our distributors. Drop shipping enables us to provide our customers a greater diversity and availability of products. It also often provides warehouse locations closer to the customer's shipping address enabling quicker delivery of products. This is a huge benefit for our customers. Shipping prices are quoted as ground delivery unless stated otherwise. All Free Shipping with purchase refers to Ground Delivery Only.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

Requests for expedited orders will be accommodated through the same carriers mentioned above and subject to availability of products and shipping methods of the manufacturer and/or distributor. Depending on the customer's request and the options provided by the carrier, extra shipping charges for expedited orders will be determined and charged by the shipping calculator. In the case of special orders, expedited shipping charges will be determined at time of order. All expedited orders are an additional charge at the customer's expense. All Free Shipping with purchase refers to Ground Delivery Only. Any expedited shipping is extra and not included in the quoted free shipping product price.

Shipping prices are quoted as ground delivery unless stated otherwise.
