Q. Is my personal information and credit card information secure when I order merchandise?

A. Our shopping cart and ordering process are 100% secured by an SSL Certificate. This is why you see the green bar in your browser during check out. Authorize.Net, who processes our Merchant Account transactions is 128 SSl Encrypted for your protection, and we are Verified by their company as 100% Secure. Your credit card number is not accessible by our company and is absolutely secured during the checkout process.


Q. May I return merchandise after I receive it if I change my mind?


A. Stock merchandise may be returned within 15 days if in unopened original packaging and original re-saleable condition. It may be subject to a restock fee. Please read our Return Policy for further information. There are no returns on custom, Special Orders, boat covers, bimini tops or electronics. Please see our Return Policy for specific details.


Q. If I provide my e-mail address, is it kept confidential?


A. Quality Marine Supply does not sell or share your e-mail address or personal information with any person or company except as necessary to process your order, maintain your account on our site and offer occasional promotions to you from us. We may provide customers with promotional information on discounts, coupons and promotional specials based on what they have purchased in the past. You may have your name removed from this list if you wish by e-mailing us at Info@QualityMarineSupply.com. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.


Q. How is my merchandise shipped to me?


A.We usually ships via UPS, and occasionally via FedEx Ground or USPS depending on the item being shipped. Shipping service may be changed at our sole discretion. Drop shipped merchandise will almost always be shipped UPS Ground. If you have questions about shipping your order, please Contact Us and we will be happy to answer your questions.


Q. What if merchandise is back ordered?


A. We make every effort to keep our inventory current to avoid backorder situations. If for some unforeseen reason, an item is backordered by the manufacturer, we will contact you and give you the option of either a refund or waiting until your merchandise arrives and shipping it to you as soon as it is available. We may also offer you an alternative product to substitute with your permission.


Q. Do I have to order through the website checkout process or can I order by phone?


A. You are 100% secure ordering through our checkout process on the website; however, if you are more comfortable placing your order by phone, our customer service department will be happy to take your order and credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Once your transaction is verified and confirmed, your order will be processed. Credit card information is not kept on file.
